Shipping policy
We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery. Please note that items are currently shipped from the UK and Singapore.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery (2-4 working days) is £3.50 for orders under £100 and free for orders £100 and over
- Express delivery (1-2 working days) is £6.50
Singapore delivery
- Singapore delivery available for selected items only
- Tracked delivery (5 working days) is S$5.99 for orders under S$200 and free for orders $200 and over
International delivery
- Europe tracked delivery (6-8 working days) is £12.00
- ROW tracked delivery (6-15 working days) is £15.00
Shipping delays
Please note that while we dispatch all orders within one business day, there may be delays in shipping times that are outside of our control. If your delivery is delayed, please contact the shipping provider or feel free to reach out to us at hello@shinjukulanes.com.
Customs and duties
We currently ship all items from the UK (excluding Singapore orders). Please note all prices exclude any customs duties and tax that you may be charged upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes and it is your responsibility to find out how much these will be according to the country of delivery. If any items are returned to us following a refusal to pay duties or taxes, you will be refunded the value of your order minus any taxes, re-delivery fees and additional charges we occur.
