Will it fit my laptop?

You can comfortably fit up to a 15" laptop in the Origami Pocket Tote, as well as some 16" laptops. If you have a Macbook, all Pro and Air models will fit.

How many pockets are there?

There is one internal zip pocket, as well as two internal slip pockets that will fit most phones. There are two slip pockets at the front of the bag, where you can slot items such as your phone or passport for easy access.

How do I wash it?

The canvas material on the outside of the bag is coated with an eco-friendly invisible coating, which protects the bag against stains and water damage. Simply wipe the bag clean with a damp cloth.

If you need to wash the inside of the bag, you may hand wash with a mild liquid detergent and hang to dry.

What does the bag arrive in?

The bag arrives within a white organic cotton dust bag, packaged inside a discreet cardboard box.

This product is a gift. Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Once you add the item to your bag, click the bag icon at the top of your screen. Here, select the check box to add a greeting card to your order and write a message in the text box. We will handwrite your message in the greeting card.

How quickly will my item arrive?

We dispatch orders within one business day. Standard shipping within the UK will take a further 2-3 business days, while express shipping will take 1 business day.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you can return your item for a refund within 21 days of receipt. Either log into your account and request a return, or email hello@shinjukulanes.com with your order number and reason for your return.
