Refund policy

 

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a refund and drop it off at your local parcel store. For returns within the UK, shipping labels will be charged at £4, deducted from your total refund amount. Returns outside the UK must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To start a return, please log into your account by clicking on the person icon on our website (top right) and request a return for the relevant order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have not dropped off your return within 21 days of your order being received, you will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, you may be offered store credit at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved (usually within 7 days), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
